Player Information collected through the Game Administrator Portal

What we do with the information
We use the information we collect for internal record keeping and to improve our offerings. We occasionally send email notices about promotions, events, or new experiences to members subscribed to our mailing list. Users may adjust their contact preferences at any time.
Player information collected in the Game Administrator Portal (player's names and email addresses) are ONLY used to send out communications directly related to the virtual games. Palace Games will not use any player information for any reason, including mail subscription list, without express permission other than for the specific purpose of providing and hosting the event.
How we share this information
We do not sell or rent this information to anyone. We do share this information with our booking software company. We use these providers to process your reservation and to complete your financial transactions. These transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.
